Meet the Artist

Hi! I'm Carina Palcisko, a self-taught artist based in Ohio and the creator behind a unique style of three-dimensional watercolor art.

My artistic journey began as a creative passion and evolved into a professional career in 2025. By combining the delicate beauty of watercolor with layered, dimensional techniques, I create artwork that brings scenes and subjects to life in an unexpected way.

I am inspired by the whimsical side of life, finding joy in everyday moments, imaginative storytelling, and the things that make us smile. As a lifelong cat lover, I especially appreciate the charm, curiosity, and playful spirit that animals bring to our world, and those qualities often influence my creative perspective.

Every piece I create is designed to spark a sense of wonder and happiness. Whether it's through vibrant colors, intricate details, or a touch of whimsy, my goal is simple: to create art that brightens someone's day and brings a smile to their face.

Along with art, I am completing my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with the intention to become a registered Play Therapist.

Thank you for visiting and supporting my work. I hope my art brings you as much joy as I find in creating it.

Meet the Mewes

Dipper

(AKA Mr. Dipper, Big Dipper, Big Baby Boy, Mr. Kitty, Chonky Boy, Mr. Chonk, Mr. Steal yo Gurl)

A lover, not a fighter.

Dipper was born sometime in 2014 and was adopted alongside his sister by my husband and me in 2015. He is and american longhair/mainecoon mix and has got the chonk to prove it. He loves cuddles and belly rubs and will let you know when it is dinner time. Dipper is my main inspiration for Major Tom: curious/bold/loving and not very bright.

Mabel

(AKA Miss Mable, Lady Mable, Princess Meatball Missy Meatball, Meatball, Meatloaf, Management)

A pretty lady with a big ego.

Mabel and Dipper are littermates born in 2014 and adopted together in 2015. She has the personality of a crotchety 96-year-old lady stuck in an 8-pound cat body. She is the smallest of the 3 but is the boss around the house. She is loud and will let you know what she wants, when she wants it. More cautious than her brothers, Mabel keeps everyone (even the people) in line and on task. As the brains of the operation, Mabel is the inspiration for Major Tom’s best friend, Bowie.

Stanley

(AKA Stan, Stan the Man, Speeder Man, Tiny Terrorist, Da Baby, Cutie Patootie, Mr. Flomps)

A little guy with big energy.

Stanley was born in July of 2025 and came into our lives at 10 days old as part of a litter of kittens we fostered for 6 months. Stanley became a permanent part of the household when he fell asleep on my husband's keyboard while he was working from home one day. Stanley wants to be wherever you are and is the King of Zoomies. He loves to play, loves to go fast, and loves to be a part of the action. Stanley and his zoomies inspired the puppy dog, Elton.
